Responsive layout/design

A website, app, or creative that adjusts based on the device being used. Most commonly, these respond based on a device’s screen resolution (often its width), but may also respond by device type, manufacturer, and other factors. It may adjust the content layout, but could also show/hide content and even redirect the user entirely.

The most relatable use a responsive layout is viewing the same website from a desktop vs mobile device, where it may appear different on each device while actually being the same website.
